Responsibilities:
Some essentials functions of the position include: - Identify and assemble components such as cabinets, doors, locks, sheet metal parts and specialty builds - Layout and perform the complete wiring and cabling of all assemblies and systems pertaining to alarm options (commercial chest area) - Check and/or test completed units and assemblies for conformance to specifications, including the adjustment of components for proper operation and repair as required - Handle material in and around work area, keep work area clean and equipment clean and orderly in 6S compliance - Instruct or train others as required - Perform other duties as required, including working on a variety of products and assisting in all forms of material handling - Will be required to monitor quality data by TQC's, (total quality check points identified in AI's) and attend required training - Filling out required forms and documentation per area of responsibility - Basic data entry duties such as scanning bar codes and reporting production numbers - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently
