Job Description:
- 10 years of Business Analysis Experience.
- Preparing, Facilitating, Documenting, and participating in client Meetings/Workshops conducting a structured gathering, research and analysis
- Developing and evaluating procedures, controls, user requirements and functional specifications to identify gaps between the current state and future state.
- Effectively communicate Product functionality and business architecture.
- Mortgage Domain industry with LOS (Loan Origination System)
- Work with project stakeholders to elicit business requirements and ensure the implementation complies with user and business specifications.
- Analyze and thoroughly document business needs of customer.
- Work with the development team to design, test, implement, and maintain updates within company databases and applications necessary to streamline/automate a business process.
- Act as the liaison among stakeholders to encourage innovation for process improvements and system enhancements that result in increased automation, productivity, satisfaction and data consistency.
- Ensure business requirements are complete and proper approvals are obtained.
- Work with onsite and offshore development teams during construction process to provide guidance and ensure business requirements and functional specifications are followed.
- Assist QA team during testing efforts to ensure business requirements are fulfilled.
- Help develop business/systems training materials, RFI/RFP responses, POC and presentations as requested.
