Mission
As the key Americas’ exchange interface for Global Product Strategy deployment and communication with customers/stakeholders, the Regional Product Manager’s mission is to assist the Region in achieving assigned sales targets related to company products and/or services. The Product Manager analyzes the market for IBA’s offerings, customers, and other stakeholders' needs, ensures smooth and seamless communication on market and business opportunities, and gives market input to Global Product Management to inform product innovations. The Regional Product Manager is also responsible for training in the Region on product and service offerings.

Within this range, individualcompensation is influenced by various factors such as location, job-specific skills, work experience, and relevanteducation or training. This role may also qualify for discretionary bonuses, profit sharing, commissions, andbenefits.
Approximate Range
$109,800 – 145,200 USD

- Lead the development of commercial offers (i.e., Budgetary Quote, Upgrades, Tender, Term Sheet)
- Listen and understand the regional market, customers, and other stakeholders’ needs as it relates to product and service offerings and detect product opportunities
- Build local solutions and partnerships to fully answer customers’ needs without impacting the product offering.
- Represent the product in the market and ensure IBA’s product offering remains competitive and attractive to customers.
- Provide support to the commercial team to influence, convince, and/or negotiate with client representatives at all levels within an organization but especially with Medical Physicists, Technology Buyers, and with high-level decision makers (C-level, CFO, CEO, COO)
- Advocate for internal and external partners and customers, continuously striving to improve our products and services.
- Ensure that the product line contributes to IBA’s long-term success and profitability through compliance with technical and gross margin requirements
- Monitor competitors and alternative technologies.
- Support and train the commercial and operational teams to ensure our product success.
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in science, engineering, business, or a related field
- Strong people relationships as well as communication and presentation skills
- Solid process and business acumen, incl. stakeholder management
- Experience in sales, product management, marketing or operations in Proton Therapy and/or Radiation Therapy products is an asset
- Ability to synthesize market and customer feedback to develop solutions; comfortable with making tradeoffs decisively
- Demonstrable communication skills and ability to lead an organization to develop market-leading products/solutions.
- Ability to communicate with different levels and functions in the organization
- Mission-oriented, driven by what is possible to protect, enhance, and save the lives of the patients we serve.
- Customer service-oriented, with a solution-oriented mindset (listen and seek to understand).
