Position Overview:
We are in search of a motivated and energetic Events Representative to manage and execute home shows and other public events. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy dynamic work environments and are passionate about building customer relationships and promoting brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize, coordinate, and manage all facets of our participation in home shows and related events.
• Efficiently set up and dismantle event displays, ensuring they are compelling and professional.
• Actively engage with event attendees, demonstrate our products, and provide comprehensive information to generate leads and drive sales.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to devise and implement successful event strategies.
• Maintain and manage inventory of promotional materials and event supplies, ensuring readiness and quality.
• Schedule appointments with homeowners during events to set up future demonstrations.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in event management or a similar role, particularly within the home improvement industry.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively connecting with diverse audiences.
• High levels of organization and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to travel to various event locations and availability to work weekends as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.28 - $20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
