Account Representative/Store Manager

As a Mobile Account Representative/Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of our mobile store while also serving as the primary point of contact for customer accounts. This multifaceted position requires a blend of retail management skills, sales expertise, and customer relationship management.

Account Maintenance and Growth:

• Conduct in-person visits to top and mid-billing accounts in Miami Dade County, sharing information on new product availability and current services.
• Collaborate with internal personnel to maintain and grow other accounts, fostering ongoing relationships.
• Engage with school administrators and corporate managers to uphold or enhance dress codes, addressing any concerns or requirements.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints, striving to maximize satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the team to fulfill customer needs and ensure timely completion.
• Provide management with comprehensive reports on customer needs, issues, interests, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products and services.
• Stay informed about best practices and promotional trends, continuously seeking improvement through feedback.
• Mobile Store Management:
• Oversee the overall management of remote mobile stores, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and programs.
• Manage the daily operations of mobile stores, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
• Achieve and maintain a high level of customer service, swiftly addressing and resolving any customer issues.
• Collaborate with the sales department on sales programs, objectives, and school uniform requirements.
• Ensure that all mobile stores are adequately prepared and stocked for school sales, maintaining the store's interior and exterior appearance according to standards.
• Plan associate schedules to meet business needs while adhering to budget and payroll guidelines.
• Effectively communicate store policies, procedures, programs, and objectives to associates, providing necessary training and support.
• Enforce company policies and procedures consistently to maintain a safe working and shopping environment.
• Travel to school events across Florida and out of state as required.

Qualifications:

• Experience in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of store management experience in a customer-oriented retail environment.
• Proven track record of leadership, staff training, and development, with a focus on driving company initiatives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, school administrators, and team members.
• Experience in inventory management, sales program implementation, and merchandising strategies.
• Flexibility to travel for school events within and outside of Florida.
• Technology savvy with proficiency in retail software applications.
• Innovative mindset with a self-starter attitude
