Responsibilities include:
- Providing deep business insights and root cause analysis to help understand the drivers of financial performance.
- Developing business cases for investment decisions and ensuring linkage between the brand's forecast, budget, strategy, and capital spending within the investment cases.
- Collaborating with the business units and geography business teams regularly to improve and track financial performance.
- Presenting insights on performance and recommending solutions to senior finance and business management.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Prior IBM Intern/Co-op experience
- Strong background in Microsoft Excel
