Your Role and Responsibilities
Experienced PeopleSoft Finance and PeopleTools developer to support operations and maintenance and complete small enhancement work. Able to propose solutions to client user requests, develop those solutions within the PeopleSoft framework, and work with business users to conduct and complete UAT testing.
If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the anticipated compensation range for the position $77,000.00 to $146,000.00 based on a full time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least 4 years of experience using PeopleSoft FSCM development (PeopleTools)
- At least 2 years of experience using PeopleSoft FSCM version 9.1
- At least 4 years of experience using PeopleSoft Federal Workflow.
- At least 4 years of experience with User Acceptance Testing.
- At least 4 years of SQL experience.
- Experienced at business requirements analysis
- Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing, has ability to interface with the customer, understands political correctness when interfacing with customers, is focused on following IBM process and with customer satisfaction.
- At least 2 years of experience developing custom PeopleSoft solutions to meet business requirements
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least 2 years of experience and knowledge of PeopleSoft Major Release 9.1 /9.2 Upgrades
- PeopleTools 8.53/4/5
- ETL/Datastage
- At least 4 years of SQL experience
- Oracle Database
- Windows and Unix
- RUP/Agile Methodology
- Team Leadership Skills
- U.S. Citizenship Required
- United States-MBI
- Clearance: Background Investigation-Public Trust, Credit Report Check Authorization, and Confidentiality Agreement
