Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Leading key product management initiatives within the data security organization.
- Strategic vision.
- Development of roadmaps.
- Interfacing with design and engineering to create compelling products.
- You will enjoy analyzing the market, competitors, and trends to build a vision for IBM's data security products, while translating new and existing customer requirements into impactful new features.
- You will also entail interfacing with customers to communicate vision, new products and features, and discuss usage and feedback.
- You will participate in events, such as speaking opportunities and user groups, will be leveraged as a means of keeping engaged with customers.
Leaders are expected to spend time with their teams and clients and therefore are generally expected to be in the workplace a minimum of three days a week, subject to business needs.Required Technical and Professional Expertise- Experience in Product Management, launching, growing, and sustaining large scale software products.
- Understanding of enterprise security concepts, preferably with experience in data security or a related area.
- Strong communications skills (oral and written), including creation of clear, articulate, compelling presentations for customer audiences.
- Leadership experience, mentoring or guiding other product managers preferred.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise- Experience with data security products and concepts, including data compliance, encryption, data detection & response, and data security posture management.
- Understanding and experience with data security regulations.
- Experience with Product Led Growth (PLG) and SaaS product delivery.
