IBM is looking for a Messaging and Content Strategy leader – a veteran ready to set the strategy and lead the execution of the most powerful, innovative, and effective creative work.

In this role, you will:
  • Lead key brand and content strategy projects for campaigns, as well has help inform the overall strategy of the campaign based on research and best practices.
  • Create innovative and integrated brand-to-demand messaging and content plans that deliver the right content, at the right time, to the right audiences and drive the right outcomes.
  • Effectively communicates strategies and plans, inspiring confidence in a course of action.
  • Apply deep curiosity and understanding of the market, target audiences, and IBM’s offerings to create the most compelling narratives and content.
  • Make research and testing recommendations for both brand and content strategies.
  • Uncover new opportunities and collaborations within IBM such as client stories, ecosystem and industry.
  • Partner closely with internal and external agency partners to inspire, lead and coach teams to do their best creative work for IBM.
  • Advocate for our strategies and plans and inspires confidence in a course of action.
  • Required Technical and Professional Expertise
    • 8 years of experience in a content role with progressive levels of seniority and responsibility
    • Proven experience leading initiatives and projects across a variety of stakeholders and disciplines.
    • Experience building relationships with executives and stakeholders, both internally and externally (executives, clients, business partners).
    • A portfolio that demonstrates the depth and breadth of brand, messaging, and content strategy and development.
    • Eminence in Brand & Content strategy

    The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
