As technical team lead, design and implement key back-end components to support the IBM next generation DataStage on multi-cloud environments. Help customers adopt DataStage and resolve any critical issues in time. Host daily scrum calls and ensure squad execution with speed.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Requires 15 years of software development experiences,
  • Minimum 2 year team/technical lead experiences.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.


Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Strong programming language skills in java and python.
  • Strong Critical thinking skills and trouble shooting skills
  • Deep knowledge on cloud-first design and implementation methodology
  • Familiar with OpenShift containerization platform
