We are continuing to grow and will be hiring a Salesforce Developer. This position also has the potential to evolve into managing multiple technologies within our technology stack.

  • Our other division, Honest Agent Real Estate facilitates over 300 Real Estate Related Transactions Annually. Top 5 in the County

You Are

  • Curious, growth-minded, and eager to learn all aspects of Real Estate and Salesforce.
  • Supportive, professional, and an excellent problem solver with a high level of critical thinking skills.
  • Have strong demonstration and communication skills, including the ability to share design concepts with the engineering team and stakeholders.

Compensation:

$75,000 - 90,000 plus bonus potential

Responsibilities:

  • Design and write system requirement specifications and documentation.
  • Work with vendors and take lead on integration implementations.
  • Strong technical knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP)
  • Experience with change set management, code coverage, unit tests, and metadata deployments/packaging.
  • Experience with building and validating Flows.
  • Experience with APEX, Visualforce, Aura, and LWC frameworks.
  • Experience with a DevOps platform (Gearset), managing GitHub repositories, and multiple Salesforce environments.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience with Salesforce
  • Salesforce Administrator (201) certification (required), Salesforce Platform App Builder certification (required), Platform Developer I (required), Platform Developer II (preferred).
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Able to translate complex technical requirements into easy-to-understand language.
  • Strong project management skills
