What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dietary Director position at iCare Health Network?
The Dietary Director is responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality nutritional services in compliance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and established policies and procedures. The Dietary Director enhances the quality of life of our residents by providing quality nutritional services on a daily basis and assuring that the dietary department is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.
Qualifications
Education in Dietetics, Food Service Management or a related field required
ServeSafe Certification, Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel, preferred
Experience in meal preparation, menu creation, and compliance with food safety regulations, preferred
Must be fluent in English, reading, writing and speaking
