The Customer Service Team at ICE Cobotics (cobots are collaborative robots) is the face of the company. This team is responsible for working with our customers, establishing trusted relationships, and providing polite, professional communication and service that meets and exceeds customer expectations.

DETAILS:
Our Customer Service Team members serve as the primary point of contact for our customers and manage correspondence via email, social media, phone, and other avenues. You will also collaborate with ICE Cobotics teammates to improve processes and interactions to enhance the customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Utilize active listening skills, embrace customer concerns with empathy and acceptance, respond in a calm and genuine tone of voice, and identify customer needs.
- Become a trusted partner by delivering knowledgeable, polite, timely and consistent communication with customers.
- Create a connection and develop a rapport with customers to provide outstanding, personalized service.
- Develop a thorough understanding of ICE Cobotics’ products and services, be open to learning new information and strive to be current with updates to the company’s products, services, and procedures. Our industry is always changing, it is important to be willing to learn, adapt, and grow in this role.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and consistent manner, be solution-oriented, clearly communicate expectations, and be empowered to take action to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Collaborate across departments to provide exceptional, up-to-date, and knowledgeable support to customers.
- Coordinate and process sales orders/returns according to department standards by corresponding with customers, sales team members, warehouse team members and logistics carriers. Follow through to ensure that customer expectations/deadlines are met.
- Document all account activity in CRM system.
- Accurately link and categorize cases upon closure to help inform the team regarding root cause of the customer’s contact, to better serve customers in future.
- Provide support to billing and invoicing processes.
- Utilize systems and tools to maintain and generate reports for both internal and external customers.
- Participate in the development of scalable processes for the department.
- Provide support to Sales, Service, and Marketing team efforts to develop communication/marketing plans and engagement strategies by sharing in-depth knowledge of ICE Cobotics’ customer base.
Experience, education, and skills needed for the role:
- High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience. Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Extremely motivated individual who is passionate about their work and helping our customers achieve success.
- Talent for communication (verbal & written)
