The Ice House is back! LA’s LEGENDARY comedy and entertainment club will be opening soon and it’s going to be bigger and better than ever. While featuring two-state-of-art showrooms, a VIP Lounge, an indoor bar and terrace bar the venue will host a variety of events throughout the week. Comedy’s top comedians will continue to showcase their talents onstage along with live music performances, DJ’s and a wide range of other year-round entertainment.

Job Description:

Our world-class Food Runners will be key in delivering a wonderful experience to our patrons. Food Runners are primarily responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to customer tables rapidly, accurately and with a smile! These individuals will maintain the cleanliness of the expo line, organize ticket orders, and communicate effectively with the kitchen team.

Responsibilities:

• Pick up food products for orders placed by the service staff and deliver meals to our guests.
• Assist the kitchen and service staff as needed.
• Maintain the highest level of food quality and presentation.
• Conduct tasks in an expedient manner and optimize the experience for the guests.
• Bus tables and remove dirty dishes and trash.
• Ensure patrons have all the necessary tableware to enjoy their food.
• Effectively handle various impromptu requests from patrons.
• Keep station areas restocked and organized throughout the shift.

Requirements:

• Hospitality-related kitchen experience preferred.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Relevant training certificate (Food handlers Card)
• Positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc. for extended periods (2-3 Hours), and lift up to 25 lbs

Job Type: Hourly; Non-Exempt.
