Training Coordinator / Marketing Coordinator

Training Coordinator / Marketing Coordinator position is Full-time based in Northern CA Bay Area.
You will be responsible for coordinating corporate clients with a variety of safety courses, such as CPR, BLS Healthcare Provider CPR, Basic Plus CPR First Aid AED, CERT/MERT, Disaster Preparedness, OSHA training, and other safety related courses.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must live in or near the SF Bay Area / Fremont CA
- Associates, B.S. or equivalent, 2 year in EMS, EMT, Medical or relevant training/scheduling coordination, AHA/Medic 2nd Instructor Support
- Mastery and continued work pertaining to all of the roles & responsibilities of Administrative Training Coordinator.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Propsify, QuickBooks for necessary training documents, presentations, proposals and reports.
- Work one on one with Corporate Clients to identify needed safety training/dates/times in the area of CPR/First Aid/AED, Fire Extinguisher and Floor Warden, CERT, MERT and OSHA,
- Schedule students for Community Courses and trouble shoot payment processing issues and post training paperwork.
- Confirm Corporate Schedule of Courses and Training Calendar for the course of the year. Follow up on customer satisfaction with training courses design improved process to increase customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in Invoices, Credit Card Processing, drafting proposals and Insurance requirements.
- Support needed logistics required for Training & Tradeshow Operations Support Training as assistant for AHA/Medic/Safety trainings as required, requested or needed.
- Support Product Division with customer communication, orders & deliverables as needed.
- Client Project Management, proposal writing, RFP responses, marketing, networking and sales, as needed.
- Field new incoming business opportunities including, but not limited to, Requests for Proposals (RFP), RFQ, RFI and general pricing proposals as delegated by CEO and/or Training Coordinators. Assist CEO with sales and marketing for new and existing clients, including trades shows, health fairs, diversity conferences and sales meetings. Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.

- Have a flexible schedule (a typical schedule includes Monday through Friday and one Saturday a month is required)
- Additional responsibilities include, developing & creating power point training slides, client site assessments, Client Project Management, communication with clients and trade-shows as needed.
