The Team: The Application Development Sustainment Services (ADSS) team supports Treasury Enterprise Application (EA) platform systems that are critical to the success of the Department of Treasury IT mission. The ADSS program provides contractor support for both Operations and Maintenance (O&M) activities and Development and Modernization (DM&E) efforts.
Job Description

This position will perform requirements gathering, functional and technical design, development, testing, deployment, and operational support activities in support of the enterprise products used by the department.

The work will be a mix of project work, enhancement work, and ongoing application support.

This position will develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform, both within the HRSM (HR Service Management) scoped application, and HR integrations and across the ServiceNow platform related to ITSM (IT Service Management) and other platform areas.

Will include Knowledge Base (KB), Case Management, custom form, custom workflow, and integration development and support.
-
The role will attend client interviews and participate in stakeholder workshops. Upon establishment of the requirements, this position will use their technical and functional knowledge to design, configure, develop, test, and deploy/cutover phases to implement to production.

Overall technical architecture recommendations, detailed technical designs, learning new technologies, and internal evangelism are also expected.

Prepares detailed specifications for programs.

Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.

Technical knowledge and responsibility of all phases of applications systems analysis and programming.

Understands the business or function for which the application is designed.

Instructing, directing, and checking the work of other technical team members.

Full Stack Developer Engineer who can handle all the work of databases, servers, systems engineering, and clients. responsible for front and back-end web development.

Experience with programming languages and databases including PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Required Skills:

At least 1 full HRSD implementation
-
1 years of experience working in ServiceNow including scripting, platform configuration, design, and deployment.

2 years of experience on the ServiceNow platform including the customization of the core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.

1 years of experience with custom application development on the ServiceNow platform including Custom UI Pages and content in the CMS.

1 years of experience with full SDLC responsibilities (independent of the ServiceNow platform) leveraging mature industry languages, with particular emphasis on JavaScript (e.g. HTML5, Jelly, jQuery, AngularJS)

2 years of experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology.

1 years of experience developing on the ServiceNow platform

Administration of a ServiceNow instance including the management of users, groups, and roles, CMS Development, ACLs, business rules, workflows, UI actions, UI policies, dictionary, and catalog items

Developing APIs via script includes competency of client and server APIs beyond just Glide record (i.e. Ajax, date/time, various utilities on the developer portal, etc.), Service Portal work leveraging Angular, mobile, integration hub, etc.

Building custom application development including HRSD and Custom Service Portal widget creation.

Modernizing legacy applications using ServiceNow implementations
-
Developing and customizing core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.

1 years of experience with configuration, scripting (client/server), integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.), data model/tables, forms, record-producers, security/access (Glide), workflows, applications, events, email, homepages/reports, external data, Machine Learning, Orchestration, NOW Platform and custom Applications, etc.

1 years of experience in relational database concepts

1 years of experience managing a SNOW platform upgrade.

1 years of experience in an O&M environment

1 years of experience with both OOTB and Custom development in ServiceNow

1 years of experience integration experience (SOAP, REST, and JSON as well as JDBC and file imports)

US Citizenship required (required by the federal client for this position)

Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply .

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is :
$68,325.00 - $116,152.00
