Program OverviewInner City Capital Connections (ICCC) is an ICIC program that positions small businesses in under-resourced communities for long-term success. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, it has shifted to help businesses survive the economic impact of the crisis, prioritizing business recovery strategies and capital relief solutions. It is a 40-hour program designed for busy executives of all expertise levels, and its impact is proven to strengthen businesses and the underserved communities where they operate. We served close to 1,200 businesses in 21 markets in 2021 and plan to continue to expand in 2022. Position DescriptionThe Senior Program Coordinator provides recruitment, event & program management, and data analysis support for the ICCC program. This role will report to the program director. There is a significant opportunity for increased responsibility, given the program has grown considerably in the last few years and is on track to scale further in 2022 and beyond. This role includes but is not limited to:
Program Recruitment & Management
· Recruit nominated business owners via email and phone to apply for the ICCC program· Assist eligible business owners through the nomination, application, and registration processes of the program, maintaining regular contact by email and phone· Support and foster relationships with external stakeholders, such as existing and potential nominators· Market and promote the program at partners' events· Research new recruitment channels and measure the effectiveness of old ones
Data Analysis
· Design surveys, collect and clean data, and analyze results via Excel· Manage participant and alumni databases on Salesforce to ensure high levels of data integrity· Streamline back-end data-related processes to increase efficiency
Event and Program Management
· Manage communication and logistics related to kick-off breakfasts and seminars (e.g., invitation and RSVP reminder distribution, virtual event delivery, collateral creation, etc.)· Support the execution of webinars, one-on-one coaching, and the annual national conference Qualifications Desired· A Bachelor's degree is desired but may be substituted by an Associate's degree and at least 2-3 years of related work experience. · Strong program management, operations, and logistics experience is preferred· Strong data analysis and visualization skills are preferred· Graphic design, website design, and long-form writing experience is preferred· Strong written and oral communication skills· Strong problem solving, critical thinking, organizational skills, and attention to detail· Ability to communicate in a patient and mature manner to small business owners and partners of ICIC· Flexible with changing priorities and ability to manage multiple tasks· Experience in sales, marketing, or project management is beneficial· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; strong proficiency in Excel· Proficiency in Salesforce, Surveygizmo, MailChimp, or ArcGIS is beneficial

This is a full-time remote position headquartered in Boston's Nubian Square area. Benefits include:
