Summary of Position:
Supervision of ground up and tenant Improvement projects throughout Southern California. These projects will consist of but are not limited to medical buildings, warehouses, and retail. We do not self-perform work and strictly do commercial projects.
Responsibilities:
· Read blueprints and specifications
· Review subcontracts and coordinate schedules with subcontractors
· Provide safe work environment on job site according to OSHA standards
· Organize on-site documents and create daily logs and safety meetings
· Oversee subcontractors and inspectors to ensure project is on schedule
Skills:
· Ability to organize and communicate efficiently
Salary:
· TBD based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
