What are the responsibilities and job description for the Logistic coordinator position at ICONMA, LLC?
Perform daily carrier track & trace.
Communicate potential service failures to the appropriate parties (i.e. : supervisor, carrier, store).
Proactively follow up with stores to ensure specialized deliveries are occurring as scheduled.
Tender outbound loads to Client contracted carriers through Client’s TMS (E2Open).
Execute a variety of intermediate-to-advanced reports using Microsoft Excel.
Audit carrier and delivery schedules for accuracy.
Answer customer service hotline as a support function and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Other tasks and responsibilities as requested.
Requirements :
Minimum 6 months domestic transportation planning experience required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and advanced excel skills.
Preferred :
TMS experience preferred.
