The main function of an analyst/developer is develop and design web applications and web sites.

A typical analyst/developer is responsible for directing web site content creation, enhancement and maintenance.

An entry level analyst/developer typically has a Bachelors degree or equivalent training with previous experience.

As the levels progress, the years experience increase along with leadership expectations, with the introduction of a supervisory role at Level 4.

The technical skills, including the knowledge of computer hardware and software, increase across levels, starting from basic at Level 1 expert at Level 5.

Education/Experience

Bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent training required

7 years experience required

Exercises independent judgment with minimal direction from supervisor

Expert ability work independently and manage one s time (Required)

Expert leadership and mentoring skills necessary provide support and constructive performance feedback (Required)

Expert knowledge of computer hardware and software (Required)

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise the design, build or maintenance of web sites, using authoring or scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools and digital media

Supervise the writing, design, or editing web page content

Direct web site updates

Review problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback and approve the correction of problem

Advise and direct management or development teams prioritize needs, resolve conflicts, develop content criteria or choose solutions

Direct development or validation of test routines and schedules ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces

Maintain understanding of current web technologies or programming practices through continuing education

Client is in process of integrating with the CyberSource gateway utilizing .Net SDK. Their progress goals have not been achieved due some specific CyberSource product API services not being available in the SDK, lack of deeper understanding of APIs or other reasons. Some services such as Bin Look Up and Account Updater can only be called via direct REST API implementation.

.Net developer s responsibilities will include:

Join standing weekly calls (Tuesdays & Thursdays. Or another time be decided jointly between CyberSource developer and Client technical team.)

Troubleshoot Client integration of CyberSource SDK and Direct API service request/response.

Provide .Net request/response samples at request for specific CyberSource APIs.

Provide .Net technical support client technical team as needed.

Work with existing integration support and other product/technical resources within CyberSource resolve issues that need additional Subject-Matter-Expert (SME), product or technology support.

Must have skills:

- .NET development

- Integrate CyberSource solutions.

- Advisor and guidance, not hands on role.

- Working knowledge of JAVA.

- 5-7 years of experience.

- Great communication skills.

- Integration, API experience

Preference on industry background or previous companies worked for:

Payments industry, knowledge of APIs
