· Support aftermarket service support activities and aftermarket industry relations.
· Review refund requests.
· Review government purchase forms.
· Monitor and respond to customer inquiries.
· Create IT help ticket request and manage to resolution.
· Notify National Automotive Task Force or maintenance windows and issues.
· Execute user acceptance testing.
· Manage website enhancement log and prioritization.
· Develop and maintain user support materials for both the field team and end users.
· Develop and maintain sales support materials for the field team.
· Monitor Kibana for abuse activity.
