Description
Troubleshoots moderately complex delivery systems or network issues and escalates problem as appropriate.
Assists with basic computing delivery systems configuration management.
Performs basic end-user training.

Describe the project they will be working on: supporting general development team
Size of the Team: 2 people onsite, 11 people overall
Type of background you are looking for (education, # yrs experience, etc.): HS Diploma
