Position Description :
Facilitate sales and customer service of spare parts and lab supplies to international customers to ensure on-time delivery of accurate orders that are in compliance with all US Export and Foreign Government Import Regulations.
Must have SAP experience
Experience with exporting goods is highly desirable
Accountabilities :
Provide exceptional customer service and problem resolution to order inquiries and various questions or issues
Utilize SAP and SED to complete and maintain accurate order and material information obtained from Procurement, vendors and other sources
Ensure all required export documents are complete and accurate, as well as, correctly and timely transmitted to appropriate parties
Work effectively with customers, vendors, warehouse team and carriers to complete and schedule shipments according to delivery date requirements
Skills :
Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel and SharePoint
Strong interpersonal and communications skills in both verbal and written format
Demonstrated problem solving capabilities
Ability to work accurately and independently in fast paced environment while meeting established metrics
daily shipping deadlines
Initial customer response within hours
One or less customer service related claim / month
Previous success as customer service, logistics or procurement operations associates are typically good candidates

Capability and adaptability to assume complete export responsibilities to enable seamless coverage by providing flow-to-the-work and back-up support
