Position: UX / Web User designer
Location: Jersey city, NJ/Charlotte, NC /Plano, TX
Duration: 12 months
Position Summary
Looking for a web user experience designer to implement new tool as part of Climate risk efforts.
· Creating interactive prototypes that captures key flow through interactive user experiences
· Collaborate with executives, managers, and peers to refine designs
· Conducting user research to understand users and Client unmet user needs
· Research business/design cases for product features and user experience
· Compellingly communicate your ideas to a wide range of key stakeholders
· Generate detailed specs of final designs that allow devs to build accurately
· Collaborate with other UX designers to develop and evangelize EIT Design Pattern Library and work with devs to develop living style guide
· Work with developers to deliver polished final product
Required Skills
Web User designer
· Candidate can present a UX design portfolio that demonstrates design process and UX deliverables
· Must be self-motivated, a good communicator, a team player, and comfortable following direction
· Able to balance great design with meeting short deadlines
· Able to propose design initiatives and manage all aspects of a project from start to finish
· Ability to build relationships, influence decisions and drive results without direct authority
· Ability to communicate your ideas to a wide variety of key stakeholders
· Experience using prototyping tools such as Axure, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator
