Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team in the reclaimed wood industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in clerical tasks, data entry, and office management.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general office duties including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing mail
- Maintain office filing systems and databases
- Assist with data entry tasks and document preparation
- Coordinate appointments and meetings
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Manage office supplies and equipment

Experience:

- Previous experience in an office environment or similar role
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and systems
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Experience with Quickbooks accounting Software
- Experience with file management and organization
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
