Idaho National Laboratory is hiring an ESH&Q Process and Data Systems Specialist to work in our ESH&Q Process & Data Systems department. Our team works Hybrid, 9x80 schedule located out of our Idaho Falls facility with every other Friday off. This position will report to the Process and Data Systems Manager. Responsibilities Include: - Responsible for bridging the gap between IT execution and business needs - Assists in analyzing, determining, validating, and documenting business requirements and processes - Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics - Assists with managing technical and business requirements and deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions - Provides IT M&O support as needed supporting various applications, systems, and databases in the ESH&Q portfolio - Employ imaginative and efficient reports/data solutions for work involving technical complexity

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements: - Bachelors Degree plus 2-5 years relevant experience OR 10-13 years experience/education in lieu of a bachelors degree - General understanding of project management tools and processes - Basic understanding of application development and familiar with C# .NET, MVC and/or .NET Core, database development and administration for SQL Server and Oracle database T-SQL, PL/SQL - Experience with source control tools such as Git and work management tools like Jira - General understanding of active directories, Azure active directories, and permission management. Job Information: - Salary Grade PR0200: 190 ($72,528 - $119,652) / Salary Grade PR0300: 210 ($95,928 - $158,232) - You are required to show a demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working environment. - Multi-Level: This is a multi-level posting and you will be placed at the appropriate level dependent on depth and breadth of proven experience and skills.
