Idaho Timber of North Carolina is seeking applicants for Forklift Operators at its lumber remanufacturing mill in Henderson, North Carolina. Idaho Timber has operated in Henderson for decades and offers a friendly, welcoming, and fun atmosphere to work.
Required job duties include the following:
- Transporting banded lumber units to different locations within the facility for processing, including infeeding and outfeeding production equipment.
- Loading and unloading banded lumber units from trucks and railcars.
- Performing all job functions safely, accurately, and efficiently.
- Relevant industrial or commercial sit-down forklift experience required. Candidates will be required to undergo a forklift operation evaluation prior to hire.
Competitive hourly compensation (DOE), $30,000 to $50,000 per year with anticipated overtime. Comprehensive benefits package includes medical and dental insurance, paid holidays and leave, 401k with employer match, and a generous quarterly profit sharing that you will participate in after your first full quarter with Idaho Timber.
