- Experience on Point of Sale Devices used in Stores such as Tils, Dell Wyse Terminal or similar Devices
- Strong knowledge in Thin OS patching process
- Experience in update, upload and push BIOS packages to respective POS devices
- Application patching through Wsye management tool or respective Platform used for POS devices
- Troubleshooting Thin OS device patch issues.
- Work with vendors for product related issues on POS
