Telecom Provisioning Support

Respond to service and repair requests for add/moves/changes by preparing and completing telecom work orders.

Responsible for the lifecycle of all telco vendor circuit orders by acting as a liaison between customers and telco vendors.

Support large scale enterprise deployments

Work with internal customers / stakeholders to obtain up-to-date and accurate information before placing orders.

Create and maintain a catalog of pricing based on telecom carrier contracts.

Schedule and participate in weekly status calls with clients, fellow teammates and carrier providers.

Coordinate schedule installations, circuit turn ups and testing.

Follow-through communication on open carrier escalations and provisioning.

Job Type: Contract

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

  • Telecom Provisioning Support: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Telecommunication: 10 years (Preferred)
  • MPLS/VoIP/TDM/DIA/SDWAN: 2 years (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Enon, OH (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
