We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Account Payable Specialist to join our newly established shared service finance team in India. The successful candidate will be a key player in the Account Payable function. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
- Process vendor bills in NetSuite and Tipalti
- Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders when issues arise
- Monitor AP mailbox, and action accordingly
- Onboard vendors in Tipalti
- Ad-hoc vendor payment
- Add new employees into NetSuite, to facilitate the expense management piece
- SAP Concur user management, to include onboarding new employees and manage personnel amendments
- Corporate Traveller user management
- Reconcile vendor statements
- General administrative support as and when required
Skills and Experience
Essential:
- High levels of attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and able to apply a methodical approach to tasks
- Good at problem solving
- Microsoft O365 suite of products, specifically Outlook and Excel
Desirable:
- Experience in working using NetSuite / Tipalti will be an added advantage.
