Ideal Aerosmith is looking a for a motivated person to supervise the day-to-day operations of the Ideal Aerosmith IT Department and reports to the IT Manager. This role contributes to the development, recommendation, and administration of policies, procedures and processes within the department and leadership and development of existing IT Staff. This role will assist in developing optimization strategies and provide excellent customer service. Requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Work with other departments to determine how to support the organization with IT systems.
• Assists with the development and implementation of the policies, initiatives, and procedures established by IT top management.
• Analyze and audit computer systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage work order ticketing system. 
• Provides training to staff as required.
• Database Management.
• Initiate, lead, and implement continuous improvement activities to achieve. profitability and improve quality.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical training or related experience.
• 4 - 6 years of similar experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. 
• Past Supervisory Experience Preferred. 
• Must have solid time management skills to anticipate time needed to complete projects.
• Demonstrate knowledge of modern programming languages such as SQL, C , XML, and more.
• Willing and able to work irregular hours as needed.
• Ability to travel domestically (less than 25%)
• This position requires the employee to work in a restricted facility that requires US citizenship or Permanent Residence (Green Card).

Skills

• Capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
• Collaborative attitude and works well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills are essential for explaining complicated technical processes in simple terms.
• Ability to think creatively and a will to innovate.

Physical Requirements

• Must have the ability to lift and/or carry 45 lbs.
• Ability to work for extended periods at computer workstation. 
• The position will require walking, standing, squatting, crouching, stooping, lifting, climbing, pulling, pushing, sitting, repetitive motion and kneeling.
