The Project Manager is a key role within the Project Management Office, responsible for leading multiple enterprise-wide projects. The Project Manager will help drive Ideal Image’s long and short-term strategic objectives, help identify opportunities and efficiencies, and inform prioritization of execution by working collaboratively with executive leadership team and internal partners across the organization. The Project Manager can translate vision and concepts into executable tactics while “seeing the forest through the trees”. He/She is a self-starter, a team player, and an advocate for the internal and external customer, keeping them top of mind in everything we do.

Responsibilities
Project Management
- Drive direction and momentum of multiple small to large-scale projects from cradle to grave
- Define project objectives and key results (OKRs) with business sponsors upon project intake
- Conduct feasibility assessments on project intake to determine “size of the prize”
- Develop detailed project plans, including: timelines, resource allocations, budgets and intracompany dependencies
- Present outcome of feasibility assessment and project plans to executive leadership team to ensure alignment on project scope, timeline and deliverables
- Engage with all levels of the organization including executive leadership to execute against project plans. Ensure the project team is kept well-informed of timelines, constraints, dependencies, and risks
- Communicate change, opportunities, and challenges both top-down and bottom-up between support center and the front-line teams
- Provide weekly (or as needed) status reports of project status, risks, constraints or dependencies to key stakeholders
- Appropriately monitor and report on project success after launch to ensure initial objectives were met before project close-out
- Identify areas of opportunity across the organization & continuously improve existing processes and procedures
- Support a project governance framework that enables strategic initiative projects and shapes business priorities
- Assist in the management of the enterprise project portfolio within the scope of the Project Management Office
- Assist in administration and grooming of project management tools
- Execute and socialize change enablement projects
- Assist in providing weekly status reports of the enterprise portfolio with key highlights for executive team
- Occasionally prepare materials for and occasionally present to external stakeholders regarding the progress and results of the company’s highest priority projects
Education/Training:
- Bachelor’s Degree Business Management, Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field
- CAPM, PMP or Six Sigma Certification preferred
- 5 years managing highly cross-functional projects for a mid- to large-scale organization
- Experience working directly with executive leadership on strategic planning and project road mapping
- Understanding of the stages of a new product development process is required
- Retail and/or Consumer Product Good experience is desired
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Powerpoint and Excel
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com, Wrike, Basecamp or Asana
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and insights; assist teams in researching, understanding, acquiring, and properly using data sets
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand data sets and provide data-driven recommendations; conduct ad-hoc data analysis and provide insights to answer specific business questions
- Perform statistical analysis and data minding to uncover actionable insights
- Present findings and visualizations to executive leadership team in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to see the see “high and low”, both at a strategic level all the way down to the tactics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills
- Highly detail oriented with an expertise in organization, multi-tasking and prioritization
- Strong skills in agility, along with the ability to pivot easily when directions and priorities changes on short notice
- Prioritize and fosters cross-functional partnerships
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
