We are looking for a Rockstar bartender that has management experience to help lead our bar program.

Must have experience developing seasonal cocktail lists using fresh and interesting ingredients and think outside the box garnishes!

Must have a minimum of 5 years experience bartending!

Must have a minimum of 2 years experience with craft bartending!


Yes, that means we use real ingredients and we measure our pours. This is not a shot and a beer bar place. Our menu

changes with seasons and our customers expect quality! Can you offer ideas for the menu?

Responsibilities

  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
  • Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
  • Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
  • Plan and present bar menu
  • Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations
  • Train staff
  • Develop menus
  • Ordering of all bar supplies
  • Act as closing manager
