In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with overseeing the comprehensive order process, from procurement to dispatch, ensuring seamless delivery to our valued clientele within stipulated timelines.

As an Order Management Specialist, you'll liaise with vendors and internal teams to manage product availability, pricing, and shipping. You'll ensure swift order processing, meticulous tracking, and maintain vendor relationships while overseeing stock and pricing accuracy.

Who You Are:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in order management, vendor management, and logistics. You should be able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines and have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with vendors and internal.

What You’ll Do:

· Oversee the entirety of the order process from procurement to dispatch.

· Collaborate closely with vendors and internal teams to synchronize product availability, pricing, and shipping schedules.

· Expedite orders and meticulously track their progression through all stages.

· Foster and maintain robust vendor relationships, conduct stock assessments, and ensure pricing accuracy and fee adherence.

· Guarantee accurate and punctual delivery of orders to our esteemed clientele.
