Responsibilities:
20% Ability to perform first piece verification for all machine operators throughout the Finishing departments. Determine where cross-training is needed. Update training/cross-training boards. Check to make sure TPM is getting done by setters.
50% Maintains daily schedule and ensures uninterrupted workflow. Ensure machine production boards are updated. Order and maintain supply inventory for production. Assure daily huddles are taking place and information is communicated to other shifts.
20% Assigns daily operator duties. Communicate with other shift leads to insure priorities are clear.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION, SKILLS AND ENVIRONMENT
Education and Work Experience
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. 6 to 9 months experience in a production environment is preferred, but not required.

Strong organization skills, excellent personal time management and group time management required- Must be extremely detail-oriented and accept ownership for projects
