As an EHSW Data Administrator, you will support the growing need for data analytics surrounding Environmental Health and Safety.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
May be responsible for any or all of the following:
- Supports one or several department professionals, division heads, officers, or managers
- Performs routine tasks including data entry, phone coverage, ordering office supplies, processing and distributing mail, filing, photocopying and faxing, processing purchase orders, invoices, check requests and expense reports, preparing reports, meeting minutes and correspondence
- Coordinates meetings and conference calls
- Creates and edits documents, spreadsheets and presentations
- Manages schedules, arranges appointments and itineraries, books airline, hotel and car reservations
- Remains knowledgeable of business unit policies
- Manages projects of varying scope and complexity
EDUCATION:
- High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Associates degree or equivalent preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Effective communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Familiarity with office equipment such as switchboard, postage meter, copier
- Strong computer skills, experience with MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio and SAP preferred
- Able to work across business units, geographies and functional areas
- Must demonstrate a high level of service and professionalism
- Ability to use discretion and handle confidential information
- Customer-service aptitude; solid interpersonal & communication skills.
