IDProductsource is a leading promotional product supplier that has been in business for over 20 years. We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representatives to join our amazing team in Port St Lucie! This is a full-time position with hours from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Please note we are not a call center facility.

The ideal candidate is a team player that possesses a positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills. Excellent phone, email and computer skills are a must.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Providing 5-Star customer service via phone and email (Heavy phone volume)
  • Assisting clients with order and product questions
  • Payment processing
  • Resale certificate reviewing and validating
  • Other administrative tasks

*Will train the right candidate.
Pay:

$17.00 per hour (Paid monthly- on the last business day of the month)
