Position Overview for the Mechanical Building Planner:
- Oversee the HVAC & Plumbing design (specifications, drawings & calculations), construction, implementation, and monitoring for small to large buildings from new developments to refurbishing existing buildings.
- Adhere to local, state, and federal construction codes, rules, and regulations.
- Oversee project schedule, scope, budget, and progress.
Required Skills for the Mechanical Building Planner:
- Experience designing and refurbishing HVAC & plumbing systems
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering
