Duties:
- Create electronic folders
- Save documents according to section (ie - New Hire Documents, Licenses & Certs, Orientation, Performance Management, etc).
- Box up former employee files and log on spreadsheet and prepare for transport to off-site cold storage facility
- Will require bending, lifting, standing, desktop computer work, data entry, heavy excel, use of printer/copier/scanner
Must-Have Skills:
- Prior administrative or clerical role experience, particularly with a focus on document management or data entry.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
