POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs underground and aerial fiber terminations and splices with single fiber ranging from 12-96 count cable
- Capability to prep fiber optic cables using hand tools
- Performs fiber terminations and splices in various environments
- Assist in troubleshooting complications within a fiber network
- Install and route fiber optic or electrical cable in overhead racks, enclosures, and other various methods
- Assist fellow coworkers in fiber or non-fiber related tasks
- Ensure all safety requirements are always being followed

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- 1 year experience in Telecommunications Construction or Renewables Collections Construction
- Understand how to interpret prints
- Ability to Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to Operate a ¾ ton vehicle and backup a trailer
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and light power tools
- Working knowledge of health, safety, and environmental protection practices and procedures
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Ability to travel nationwide
