Responsibilities
- Provide a phenomenal IT experience by supporting our end users’ in their day-to-day technology needs
- Manage onboarding and offboarding process by ensuring workstations have IEQ’s standard hardware, providing users with appropriate access and permissions to all desktop technology, and removing all access when necessary
- Stay organized with an internal case management system to organize issues, record solutions and resolves all end user issues in a professional and timely manner
- Serve as one of the main points of contact for relationships with vendors and tech partners
- Support, manage, and lead special projects to support the evolving technology stack and enable scalable growth
- Work with teams in IEQ to optimize our technology ecosystem and, in some cases, select and ensure the success of new technology implementation
- Proactively solicit feedback from members of the team with diverse array of seniority and propose solutions for any pain points, working directly with those users to ‘train’ them or inform them of solutions

- Possess excellent interpersonal skills - team player, able to forge relationships, build consensus, and influence decisions
- Work well under pressure and has a positive, hands-on, “can do” attitude
- Be able to devise and implement creative and innovative solutions
- Be a quick learner and self-starter, with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
- Have the ability to multi-task and adapt to new situations and a dynamic work environment
- 3-4 years of direct IT experience
- Bachelor’s degree
