General Job Description
IES Residential is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate for our KEP Electric Division in Dayton,OH.
**This position is seasonal with the the possibilty of full-time.**
This role performs an array of functions that include receiving and processing incoming materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and ensuring general cleanliness and safety in the warehouse.
Duties of a Warehouse Associate include:
- Unloading and loading delivery trucks, and vans.
- Verifying counts and identifying products to be stocked
- Tagging and stocking materials in the warehouse
- Identifying and tagging products
- Cleaning the warehouse
- Pulling orders
- Packaging and staging pulled orders
- Organize products in the warehouse
- Driving forklift, this includes frequent dismounting and re-entering the forklift throughout the day
- Requires both bulk handling as well as “piece pulls”.
- Maintains cleanliness of warehouse and grounds, removal of trash, and debris, cleaning and rearranging the warehouse as needed.

- High school diploma or GED
- Forklift experience strongly desire
- Self-Starter, able to work without constant direct supervision
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- High attention to detail
- Good organizational and time management skills

- Good basic math skills
- English verbal and written communication skills are required
- Sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, proactive and energetic attitude-demonstrated team player characteristics as verified by references
