Job Description
IES Residential's KEP Electric division is seeking an Office Administrator to join our team in Columbus OH.
- Review daily time sheets of field crew for accuracy
- Prepare daily builder reports, Single Family and Commercial
- Review bill of lading from deliveries from suppliers for accuracy
- Receive customer inbound service calls and coordinates the daily schedules of residential service technicians
- Apply for residential electrical permits
- Maintain files for Commercial Projects to include contract and change orders
- Update project schedules, various logs and tracking systems with data entry accuracy
- Schedule Subcontractors
- Maintain Subcontractor files
Qualifications
- Be able to perform effectively and confidently, occasionally without supervision
- Highly organized
- Strong attention to details, analytical, interpersonal and communication (verbal, written, and listening) skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Experience with computers, internet and MS Office Suite of programs
- Ability to work effectively with people from differing ethnicity, background, education levels
- High School Diploma or GED required
