We're looking for a full time Janitor to help keep our office clean and in tip top shape!
We need someone who is obsessively organized and has an eye for detail.
Job Responsibilities:
- Professionally clean and maintain our office space using cleaning procedures and products in conformance with company standards.
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and wash all surfaces.
- Degrease and thoroughly clean commercial kitchen.
- Clean roof decks and courtyard.
- Move all reasonably portable furniture in all areas of the office to clean under and behind.
- Collect and remove trash and debris.
- Remove spiderwebs throughout the building.
- Special projects as requested.
As an ideal candidate, you should have…
- 1-2 years of janitorial/housekeeping experience.
- Experience cleaning large office spaces is a plus.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task while maintaining good quality of work.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and lift over 20 pounds.
- Excellent communications skills.
