Position: Construction Coordinator
Location: Liberty, NC, 27298
Job Type: Long-term contract (1 Year) (Day-1 Onsite)
Job Description:
Travel within the US locations.
Required Qualifications:
- Level of experience 10-15 years
- 10 years of experience in industrial construction projects, with emphasis on building construction (greenfield or brownfield)
- Strong technical knowledge of construction means and methods.
- Proficient drawing review and field application abilities
- OSHA 30 and 510 certifications
- Ability to properly manage a construction schedule on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Ability to stand, stoop, and walk throughout a large industrial manufacturing plant for many hours of the day.
- Ability to ascend & descend stairs to roof or equipment rooms throughout a large industrial manufacturing plant.
- Competent with Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
- Strong organization and communication skills.
Additional Desired Qualifications:
- Associates degree in construction management
- Software experience: AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project
- Automotive building experience including underground utilities, earthwork, civil, structural steel, building envelope, mechanical / electrical, and building handover / completion.

Salary: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
