About the Role

iFocus is looking to hire an Account Coordinator who will actively work on a book of accounts with an Account Manager. Account Coordinators will work in tandem on client accounts to contribute to their success, growth, and retention. You will have a passion for learning how to nurture relationships and ensure the ongoing satisfaction and success of iFocus’s valued clients. This role has high accountability for the accuracy of client deliverables.

A desire to learn digital marketing strategies and communicating analytics is a key aspect of this position. A keen attention to detail and organization is an essential component of the role. You will be learning processes and how to navigate internal and external communication to foster your growth in an agency setting.

This position has future growth opportunities in compensation and promotions to Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, or Director roles. Growth will be identified through client feedback, demonstrating a solutions focused mindset, and team collaboration. This is a hybrid position that will require at least one day per week working in the Overland Park office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

    Maintain client records and tasks in project management system and CRM with accuracy
    Assist in maintaining regular communication with clients to address their needs, questions, and concerns around campaigns or deliverables
    Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients when the Account Manager is unavailable
    Collaborate with the Account Manager to coordinate and manage client deliverables
    Work closely with the Account Manager and internal teams to ensure client campaigns are executed in alignment with business objectives
    Identify and communicate any issues or challenges that may arise during campaign execution to the Account Manager Collaborate with team members to find solutions and mitigate risks
    Assist in preparing regular campaign performance reports that include insightful and actionable recommendation
    Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices
    Continuously expand knowledge to better support clients and the Account Manager
    Maintain accurate time tracking

Required Skills and Qualifications

    Minimum Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field or combination of experience in marketing
    1 year of experience in an internship, customer service, account management or similar customer-facing roles
    Strong communication and customer service skills
    Demonstrated ability to adapt to new situations, solve problems on the fly, and effectively communicate with peers
    Experience juggling multiple tasks at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
    Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
    Self-starter with a high energy level, commitment to excellence, and a diligent work ethic

Pay & Benefits Summary

Individually, our team members are enthusiastic forces of digital marketing. We’re internally motivated, curious collaborators ready to inject a high level of detail into everything we do. The pay range for this position is $40,000-$55,000 commensurate with experience and demonstrated skills.

iFocus offers comprehensive benefits including multiple options for health insurance plans, dental and vision options, HSA or FSA qualified plans, short-term and long-term disability, and 401k matching. All benefits begin on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment.
