What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Administrator position at IGHTY Support?

NEED TO HIRE IMMEDIATELY.

FULL TIME POSITION : TIMINGS : 9 pm to 6 pm

WORKING WITH SMALL BUSINESSES - A BIG PLUS

Qualifications
Associate's Degree / Working on Bachelor's Degree
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Quickbooks - Expert level of expertise
2-3 years of Accounting Experience

Prefer someone with experience working at a Small Business/Family owned business.

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and send Invoices using Quickbooks
Maintain Monthly Recurring Payments List
Process Recurring and Daily Payments as they are received.
Apply Payments Received in Quickbooks
Prepare End of the Month Reports (Spreadsheets) that include unbilled service tickets and payments overdue
Follow up with Clients for payments on overdue invoices.
Follow up with Clients upon completion of projects and seek feedback.
Coordinate with Office Staff to obtain information required to perform your job.
Clients Files/Contracts and Monthly Office Expense Management
Professional Writing & Effective Communication Skills
