Ignite Child Development Services is an innovative behavioral health program. Our preschool partnerships are the core of our individualized and embedded services. We bring our intervention services to children; we do not require children to come to us. We partner with school teams to ensure the best outcomes. Our therapists bring expertise in developmental skill-building and relationship-based behavioral regulation.

We are seeking an experienced Behavior Technician to join our collaborative team. We bring all of our experience, passion and expertise to the undersupported and underserved. You can combine your experiences with our in depth training to truly impact and genuinely help kids and families on a day to day basis. Behavior Technician Responsibilities
- Work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Work closely with Licensed Professionals (BCBAs, LMFTs, OTs, etc.)
- Travel to specific locations
- Provide 1:1 behavior therapy
- Collect, record and analyze data
- Communicate regularly with team
- Use behavior therapy to teach clients new skills, decrease challenging behaviors and improve their every day interactions
Behavior Technician Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older
- Have reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
- Pass a thorough criminal and caregiver background check
- Part-time or Full-time
Preferred
- 1,000 hours of ABA experience or RBT Certification
- Bachelor's Degree in psychology, education, special education, child care, behavioral health, health science, or a related field
