Acquisition Support Analyst

Ignite Digital has an exciting opportunity for an Acquisition Support Analyst opening in the Charleston, SC area. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual that is a motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. As the Acquisition Support Analyst, you will work with the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) Submarine Shore Integrated Product Team (IPT) to provide Subject Matter Expertise (SME) and Programmatic support throughout the Fleet Readiness Certification Board (FRCB) process.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and upload complete and approved product documentation into the SPAWAR/PEO Integrated Data Environment & Repository (SPIDER) FRCB workflow.
• Submit FRCB packages prior to the planned start date of installations, ensuring Installation Work Scope accurately represents the installation effort.
• Ensure installation start/stop dates are accurately maintained in SPIDER.
• Coordinate with the FRCB Entry Point on issues identified in the FRCB review.
• Interface with Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR), Naval Information Forces (NAVIFOR), and FRCB representatives throughout the certification process.
• Provide programmatic support and training on all portions of FRCB to include Shore Installation Process (SIP), Systems Readiness Review (SRR), System Testing Review (STR), best practices, etc.
• Provide programmatic support and training on SPIDER functionality (IAM, JMM, etc.) and best practices.
• Evaluate current processes/procedures and initiate process improvement actions.
• Establish and maintain knowledge management best practices for simplified document retrieval, correlation, and analysis of completed tasks while utilizing a common workspace for team projects on SharePoint/Teams.
• Gain and maintain sufficient knowledge of all enterprise tools and structure to direct personnel to correct points of contact.

Required Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of consulting or equivalent experience.
• Security Clearance:Able to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint).
• In-depth experience with NAVWAR Enterprise systems (e.g. SPIDER).
• Familiarity with C4I Business Process with emphasis on the Platform Integration Phase (FRCB, System Operational Verification Test - SOVT, etc.).
• Ability to multi-task and meet deliverable deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to serve as an escalation point for customer concerns if/when they arise and identify appropriate resolution to achieve client satisfaction in a timely manner.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active DoD security clearance.
• Working experience with federal government agencies.
• General Familiarity with Navy Modernization Process (NMP) and associated systems (Navy Data Environment - NDE, Ship's Change Document - SCD, etc.).
• Experience with customer relationship management and problem management to deliver quality service to application sponsors, stakeholders, and users.
