Ignite Digital has an exciting opportunity for a Mid-Pricing Analyst to support the Client Services business unit in the Charleston, SC area. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Mid-Level Pricing Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing pricing data, developing pricing models, and providing strategic recommendations to support pricing decisions and responses to solicitations. This role requires strong quantitative skills, business acumen, and the ability to effectively communicate findings to key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Pricing Manager to submit thorough analysis and compliant, competitive, and complete pricing documentation to support responses to Requests for Proposal (RFP)/solicitations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Executive Leadership Team, to gather data and insights necessary for pricing decisions.
• Develop and maintain pricing models to support strategic pricing initiatives, considering factors such as market trends, staffing capabilities, and target price.
• Monitor pricing performance and identify opportunities for improvement or optimization.
• Participate in pricing strategy discussions, providing recommendations based on data analysis and market insights.
• Assist in the development of pricing policies and guidelines to ensure consistency and compliance and also, stay updated on industry trends and best practices in pricing analytics and strategy.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
• 2 years of experience pricing various contract types within the government services or commercial industry
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work output.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Desired Qualification:

• Some experience with ERP systems
• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)

Salary $75k to align with education and experience

Hybrid Schedule: 1-2 days onsite
